One team in the NL East is going to be better than last year, I genuinely believe that, but the pitching staff behind their ace has too many question marks for that number to make sense.
One AL Central powerhouse is being carried entirely by one pitcher, and the rest of the rotation is a collection of question marks and best-case scenarios.
And one franchise I keep predicting to fall off keeps proving me wrong, but I am not ready to stop making the case just yet.
